Join us for one of Glen Burnie’s biggest community events of the year. The GBIA Fall Fest brings together local vendors, food, music, and family-friendly activities for an afternoon of fun.

Important Event Information

  • No Political Candidate Stands.
  • This is a rain or shine event. There is no rain date.
  • No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
  • For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted.
  • Service animals are welcome.

Vendor Rules & Guidelines

  1. No Political Candidate stands.
  2. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and display/setup equipment.
  3. No fundraising, raffles, or promotional handouts are permitted.
  4. Vendors may only sell items listed on their approved application.
  5. GBIA reserves the right to decline applications or limit vendors within certain categories.
  6. Payment is due within 15 days of application approval.

Marketplace Vendor Application

RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. The festival will be held rain or shine. There is no rain date. Refunds will not be issued for bad weather.
  2. Each vendor space is 10’ x 10’.
  3. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, setup equipment, and display items.
  4. Tent weights are required.
  5. Vendors may ONLY sell items listed on their application.
  6. Food preparation is prohibited at Marketplace Vendor booths and is permitted only by approved food trucks.
  7. No fundraising, raffles, or handouts are permitted.
  8. No soliciting outside of assigned vendor space.
  9. Animals are not permitted for vendors, exhibitors, or volunteers, except for trained service animals assisting individuals with disabilities.
  10. GBIA reserves the right to decline applications or limit vendors within categories.
  11. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area at the end of the event.

Food Truck Vendor Application

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Required documents include:

  • Menu with pricing
  • Photo of stand/truck
  • Anne Arundel County Department of Health License
  • Certificate of Liability Insurance (naming GBIA as co-insured)

Applications will not be processed without all required documents.

REQUIREMENTS &PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

  1. All food vendors must complete an application and be approved.
  2. Food truck applications will be reviewed based on event needs, product variety, suitability for the event, and available space. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, and approved vendors will be notified once the selection process has been completed. GBIA will attempt to avoid duplicate food offerings.
  3. Food vendors must comply with all Maryland and Anne Arundel County Health Department regulations.
  4. Vendors are required to maintain their booth/truck in a clean and orderly condition.
  5. Vendors are expected to remain open for the entire event and have enough food for the duration.
  6. GBIA will be selling soda, water, and juices. Food vendors are requested not to sell these items.
  7. All vendors must display visible menu signage with pricing.
  8. Space assignments will be determined by the event committee.
  9. Animals are not permitted for vendors, exhibitors, or volunteers, except for trained service animals assisting individuals with disabilities.

Alcohol Vendor Application

EVENT INFORMATION & POLICIES

  • Vendors keep 100% of their own sales.
  • GBIA will provide the beer garden/barrier setup.
  • GBIA will handle ID verification and wristband distribution.
  • Vendors should provide samples.
  • Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and setup materials.
  • Electricity is NOT available.
  • Tent weights are required.
  • Vendors must remain within their assigned space.
  • Animals are not permitted for vendors, exhibitors, or volunteers, except for
    trained service animals assisting individuals with disabilities.
  • GBIA reserves the right to decline applications or limit vendors within categories.

LICENSES, PERMITS & INSURANCE

All permits, licenses, and insurance information must be emailed to:

Required documents may include:

  • Maryland Alcohol License
  • Temporary Event Permits (if applicable)
  • Certificate of Insurance (with GBIA listed as additional insured)
  • Anne Arundel County Health Department Documentation (if applicable)

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Vendor setup instructions and assigned locations will be emailed prior to the event.
  • Please add events@gbia.org to your address book to help prevent emails from going to spam.
  • Once approved, payment instructions will be sent. (VIA QUICKBOOKS)
  • Payment may be made by check mailed to:

  • Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent.
