About being a Artisian Vendor
(This does not include on-premise cooking vendors - please email gbia@gbia.org to request for Food Truck Vendor form)

FEE: $45 per space. Payable by check no later than April 15th, 2025. Your business will be named on our event website when the rental fee is received. On event day, check in at the Vendor Registration table during the Set-Up Period for your assigned spot(s).

 

SPACE: 10’ x 10’ (no electricity). Bring your own tent, tables, and chairs. No limit to the number of spaces being purchased. If purchasing multiple spaces, they will be assigned side-by-side. Vendors must stay within their assigned space. Small children must be always attended. Vendors are responsible for providing weights for their tents, as well as cleaning and disposal of all trash from their area.

 

CANCELLATIONS: This event takes place rain or shine. The rental fee is refundable until May 1, 2025.

 

SET-UP: 9-11 am on Saturday, May 10, 2025, on the GBIA Carnival Grounds. Vendors may pull onto the GBIA parking lot to unload but must move to street or garage parking no later than 11 am. The GBIA parking lot will close to the public at 11 am.

 

FOOD: Refreshments will be on sale throughout the event.
