FEE:
Standard Vendor (Crafts, Businesses, etc.): $45 per space
NOTE:
Your spot is not confirmed until we have received payment and a confirmation notice is sent by GBIA.
Payment is due by check no later than 04/09/26. We will make every attempt to give returning vendors their previous spot, but we cannot guarantee placement. There is no limit to the number of spaces you may purchase. Multiple spaces will be assigned side-by-side when possible. If preferred, you may request an electronic invoice.
SPACE:
Each space is 10’ x 10’ with no electricity provided. Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, and chairs, and remain within their assigned space. Weights are mandatory, our field can be like a wind tunnel. Small children must be attended at all times. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up and properly disposing of all trash in their area.
CANCELLATIONS:
This event is rain or shine. Rental fees are refundable until 04/09/26.
SET-UP:
Set-up is between 9–11 AM on Saturday, May 9, 2026, on the GBIA Carnival Grounds. Vendors may pull into the GBIA parking lot to unload but must move vehicles to street or garage parking by 11 AM. The GBIA parking lot will close to the public at that time.
